Decent package, slow customer service
I booked a family vacation package to Kerala. The package itself was decent, included flights and a pretty nice homestay which was as described. The price was competitive compared to other sites. My main issue was when I had a question about an amendment to the return flight. It took a while to get through to customer service, and then it felt like I was explaining myself multiple times. They eventually sorted it out, but the response time could definitely be quicker. Delivery of all documents was prompt though, that was good.
